The MSA Kansai team organized a Potluck party on 1st February to catch up with friends and to celebrate the new year. The event was hosted at Kyoto University and was attended by six people. The diverse group included people from USA, Iran, China, Poland, Switzerland and Fiji. It was indeed a great company for a wonderful evening. There was amazing food prepared by the enthusiastic cooks and lots of laughter and interesting talks. The conversations revolved around food from different countries and also plans for the new school year ahead. The evening was concluded with prizes being given to the cooks who made the most delicious dish. The winning dishes were the pot of polenta soup and shrimps in coconut milk.
It was a relaxing evening where everyone had a great time. More participants are always welcome for the future events! Looking forward to many more opportunities for fun and laughter in 2019!
